GRE-Grit™ is a Crushed Glass - Blasting Abrasive made from 100% recycled plate glass. It is crushed, cleaned, sized and packaged to provide the ideal blast media for many applications while being environmentally friendly and chemically inert. Crystalline silica levels are less than 1%.

#8 Crushed Glass Fine (F) 80-200 Grit
Applications: For use on substrates where minimal etching and profiling is preferred for a smooth, clean finish. Excellent for etching and degreasing on aluminum.
Use for: Blast cleaning of fiberglass, aluminum, plastics, wood, stainless steel, tile, powder coating and brick. Very fine cleaning, brightening, deburring, polishing, auto paint stripping and fine honing.
A good substitute for soda blasting. Great on softer metals and substrates.
